Come with an idea of what you want to accomplish, expectations, etc. You can add that information in the booking form, which MUST be completed. Cancellation Policy

Booking Policy for Literal SaaS Agency Welcome to Literal SaaS! We are thrilled to offer you our range of services and look forward to assisting you. To ensure a smooth and efficient booking process for all our clients, we have established the following booking policy. Please read it carefully before making your appointment. Scheduling Appointments - Appointments can be scheduled through our website, via email, or by calling our customer service hotline. - Upon booking, you will receive a confirmation email or message with the details of your appointment, including date, time, and any other relevant information. Rescheduling Appointments - We understand that plans can change. If you need to reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask that you notify us at least 24 hours in advance. - Rescheduling within the 24-hour window prior to your appointment is subject to availability and may not always be possible. Cancellations - If you must cancel your appointment, please do so at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled time. - Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will incur a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the cost of the scheduled session. This fee compensates our staff for their time and ensures we can continue to offer high-quality services to all our clients. No-Show Policy - Failure to show up for your scheduled appointment without prior notification will be considered a "no-show." - No-shows will be charged a fee equivalent to 50% of the cost of the missed session. Payment of Cancellation and No-Show Fees - Fees incurred from late cancellations or no-shows will be charged to the credit card or payment method on file. - Clients must have a valid payment method on file to book appointments with Literal SaaS. Exceptions - We understand that emergencies happen. If you are unable to meet the cancellation deadline due to circumstances beyond your control (e.g., illness, family emergency), please contact us as soon as possible to discuss the possibility of waiving the cancellation fee. - Such exceptions will be considered on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of Literal SaaS management.
